LCWRA backpayment

Hi there, I've just been awarded LCWRA and I am expecting my first payment this Friday. I have also been told in a letter on my journal that I am owed a back payment of £744 which has been sent to debt management to recover money owing from an advance. I cant get any clarification on how long they take to process this and when I should expect to receive the remaining back payment money.
