Just a thank you

I just wanted to thank everyone on here who are giving sensible advice and helping me when I’m struggling and anxious 😬
I am a over thinker and always think the worst with everything ( long story ) which is part of my mental health condition I can’t think rationally or sensibly sometimes and then “ over think “ and natter and natter about what’s bothering me ( e.g. my PIP tribunal ) and it over takes me .
But thank you to everyone who has commented on my posts and to Poppy for “ kicking me into touch “ and giving me a reality check today !!
I know I will still worry and get anxious 😥 but it’s making my mental and physical health suffer which then means I can’t look after my daughter properly so I needed a reality check today .
Thank you to you all and it’s nice to know there’s people there for you ❤️

I must be going bonkers, i thought i commented on this yesterday. It was more of a gentle touch rather than a kickThe whole claims process is extremely stressful. I've never had to take a benefits decision to a Tribunal thankfully but i can totally understand the stress.Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you now. It's a glorious day where i live today and hope it's the same for you, the sun definitely makes you feel a little happier. (at least it does for me)1
