even if nothing else they should get you in touch with the right people there - it’s very bad CS from what you’ve experienced.0 -
So I didn't get tickets for Anfield. The system was so bad and so unfair.
But I did manage to get a wheelchair space and 1 companion ticket for Wembley. Bittersweet as I'm glad I get to go but sad I don't get to go with my friends. Hate that disability can be so isolating sometimes0 -
Glad you finally managed to get tickets even though you had to go to Wembley. I think maybe Taylor Swift's team need to know how difficult it's been to get accessible tickets.1
