    im applying for pip for my frequent migraines in need help on wash and bathing 4-5days week bedbound  i dontt wash n clean im too weak daugter helps
    how  do i word this?

    You need to tell them why you’re unable to complete this activity and why you need assistance. What happened the last time you attempted this activity without help. 
    What about the other activities? You need to give a couple or real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. 
    I can’t tell you exactly what you should say because I don’t know anything about your conditions and how they affect you.
