I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to appeal for refused echp and what will happen and any advice on what should be included in the appeal
Ps school not supportive

    When you get the letter to say the EHCP has been refused, you should get information on appealing. It is recommended that you do mediation first and if nothing comes of that it goes to tribunal. Many LAs will concede before it gets that far.

    I see the community have been able to help answer your query. I'm so sorry to hear the school hasn't been supportive. Hopefully the appeal goes in your favour! I would also recommend thinking about reaching out to your MP if you still find you are not getting the support.
