I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to appeal for refused echp and what will happen and any advice on what should be included in the appeal

When you get the letter to say the EHCP has been refused, you should get information on appealing. It is recommended that you do mediation first and if nothing comes of that it goes to tribunal. Many LAs will concede before it gets that far.
