Hi I rang a few Month ago ESA customer service an was told that August I'd get a assessment questionnaire sent out I for some reason rang yesterday they then said it would be October 24 2023 that they would send the assessment out. Would they just extend automatically instead of an assessment

They are still suspended for most people. They will give you an estimated time for your review but it's just a guide. Support Group is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. I don't understand why some people continue to ring for a timescale. My advice is not to ring.
