PiP mandatory reconsideration

I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration as the dap put me on low for daily living and mobility.
I have moderate cervical spinal stenosis, disc prolapse impinging on nerve, numbness in left leg and foot as well as pain everywhere and extremely tried and forgetful.
Just wondering if anyone else has been through this process.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
marie
