Meditation ECP who transition to Secondary school sept 2023.

Hi 

I have applied for ECP for my daughter who has been diagnosed ASD and ADHD, who will be going into secondary school sept. School has refused to support me with this so I applied for ECP. I have been declined for ECP and I have requested for meditation with LA. advice does any one know if there any Independent advocacy to support my self with meditation meeting ?  am profoundly Deaf my self am struggling with this. advice would be much appreciated from you.

    Welcome to the community! :) I am so sorry to hear that you are having to go through mediation, I hope it goes well! I would reach out to your Local MP. Hopefully they'll be able to help support you and recommend a local advocacy service too. The only organisation I know of is the British Deaf Association. Who I can see have Advocacy Teams in Northern Ireland and Wales. They may be worth contacting to ask too :)
