Sent my first fit note on 13 th april i was awarded today 12 th of july Lcwra my payments ho between 21st to 21st of each month when will i get my first lcwra payment

If you mean your assessment periods are 21st to 20th of each month then your waiting period will be. April to July.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 21st July to 20th August and first LCWRA payment will be 27th August. No LCWRA element is owed.
