Im waiting for Tribunal for PIP. Ive recently been awarded the LCWRA component of universal credit.
Should i submit the LCWRA assessment report as evidence on the HMCTS portal for my PIP appeal?
I dont think i have enogh evidence. Just a letter from Physiotherapy that really doesnt go into any detail and A statement from myself detailing how my condition and the pain affects my daily life.
Many thanks to anyone who can offer any advice regarding this.

There's no harm in sending but please be aware they are different benefits, with different criteria. Being awarded one, doesn't automatically entitle you to another.Have you sent a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you? If you haven't then it would be worth doing this. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.Do bear in mind that they will not be able to take into consideration any worsening of condition.0
