Mobility car with points on license?

My son who is my carer wants to drive my mobility car but he has 5 points on his license will mobility let him drive my car

Hello @JanetWilson. I'm not 100% certain but the Motability page on having points or being disqualified seems to indicate that they may still be able to drive a Motability car, but that he needs to declare the points to them when being added as a driver
Motability have a live chat on their website so you should be able to ask them directly.
