Hi Everyone- I hope you're having a great weekend!

Does anyone have any recommendations for folding crutches as I need some to go in my mobility scooter back pack?
I'm 6ft 2in tall so need to have ones that meet my height requirement.

kind regards

Andrew

    Hello @andrewkuk

Just to let you know, I popped your post into our aids, adaptations and equipment section of the forum so hopefully more people see! :)

I know that mobility smart and care co carry them in their inventory. But somewhere like Amazon may have more reviews for you to read through :)

Thank you. I'm a bit new to the forum and wasn't sure where to post it - regards Andrew

It looks like nobody makes folding crutches for taller people! Back to the drawing board.

@andrewkuk That's such a shame! Did you reach out to ask the companies whether they know of anyone that would make custom ones?

It seems that taller folding crutches wouldn't be stable or strong enough. The custom company's make really nice non folding ones but are very expensive. I guess I will just have to make mine smaller to travel with then extend them when I use them.

@andrewuk That is such a shame. I hope it works for you! The only other suggestion I could think of is to keep an eye on websites like eBay, in case someone has a pair they want to sell.
