Spirometry results

Hi all, I'm not sure where this would be relevant so I apologize in advance, I finally got my results from respiratory services, my sleep apnea screening showed up low oxygen levels several times, my spirometry showed that my lungs were restricted as appose to obstructed, I'm being referred to a lung specialist and for a CT scan, has anyone any experience in spirometry results? I'm not going to Google it as I don't want to worry myself anymore.

Hi @Dandy1923 good luck with your ct scan that should give you answers to what's going on. The good thing with diagnosis is that treatment can begin. I've not got the best lungs myself. Had a ct scan earlier in the year. It puts your mind at rest too.1

I'm so sorry about your dad @Dandy1923. What time is your CT scan on Friday? Will you be able to do both that and your PIP assessment? If doing both on the same day is too much or the times clash it might be possible to rearrange your PIP assessment but you'd need to contact them ASAP.
Please let us know how you get on.0 -
Hello there, I have phoned and asked for a telephone assessment and it's been changed to August 22nd.0

I'm glad you've got a bit of time between them now @Dandy1923. Good luck with your CT scan on Friday

Well I had my results, they have found several nodules (growths) in both lungs, so more blood tests and scans to make sure they havent grown, I'm hoping it's scarring from when I had pneumonia as a child0

Hey @Dandy1923 thanks for keeping us all updated, sorry the results aren't clearer, but hopefully they'll be able to give you some peace of mind soon.0
