Hi i have just been declined for PIP whats the next steps to do and how much longer would it take to get another decision

Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) is your next step. You should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should scored those points.Timescales for a decision is up to 12 weeks. The most likely outcome will be the decision doesn’t change. You can then proceed to Tribunal but the waiting time for this could be several months, potentially longer.0

As Poppy indicated though, unfortunately, the diagnosis in itself does not award/not award you the benefit. You need to focus on how the diagnosis impacts the descriptors (and you can do this through the impact on your day-to-day life).
