Hi I sent my pip review back end of October 2022 ,I had a txt soon after saying they had it ,the 22nd April 2023 I got another txt saying they were looking at it and not to contact them unless for a change of circumstance,it's now nearly August should I contact them I tried the email I found on line but nothing

There's extremely long delays with review decisions and some are waiting more than a year. Your current award will continue until a decision is made on the review. Nothing more you can do really but wait.
