Are you able to apply for pip a 2nd time after being declined it before?

I have severe cerebral palsy and at the time of the application of the process I was a minor (14) being looked after by my grandparents so the questions they had on the form were not catered to me because everything was literally done for me. I obviously can’t cook but they would cook for me, they looked after my meds etc. so Is there anyway I can make a 2nd claim as I am nearly an adult?

to be eligible for PIP you have to be 16 years old. Scope's online information about applying for PIP might help you with the application process. Disability Living Allowance is a benefit for disabled children that can be awarded until a child is 16. Children move from DLA to PIP when they are 16. So if you are 16 you can apply for PIP again.0 -
