I is missed calls and text saying about payment, and to csll back.
I already been assed and have all details they need. So wondering whether likely is about paying me? If they rejected my claim surely they would write and not call?
Thanks guys!

We can only guess why they rang you. If they've asked you to ring them then you should do that.1

Yes done that. Took so long to get through.
They said if i can handle lump sum, something along those lines. they said if successful or when decision made they will txt and letter.
So far I haven't read or know anyone about being rejected when contacted about payment issue. right?
They said call Wednesday.
To be realistic am assuming it's likely been awarded if we spoke about this payment lump or installment issue?..sorry just bit anxious is all.0 -

Cheers.
Am wondering if pip call you asking if you can handle lump sum and what not does this mean your likely to get awarded? So far I haven't known anyone to receive these calls and then get rejected.0 -
I haven't seen anyone rejected afterwards either, but I unfortunately can't say for definite.0

You will just need to wait for a decision.

I called them.just to ask about payment and they said they put me on hold, then case manager said they sorting it now and takes 3 to 5 working days.
So am.assuming 3-5 days from today when I called?0 -
That's great news @xcalibur!
It will be 3-5 working days not including the weekend. So I'd say Monday to Wednesday just in case they don't count today as a full working day.

It's 3-5 working days as i advised. It only takes longer if awarded by a Tribunal.

3-5 days from when payment was sent. If you want to know exactly what day it will go into your bank and what you’ve been awarded you will need to ring PIP to ask them.0
-
Yes I did that. They said 3 to 5 working days, that's all.
How we know when payment sent anyway?0 -
Or when do they send Paynent0
-
You won't know exactly when it was sent. I don't understand why they didn't tell you when to expect it because usually they will tell you. I'm sorry but i can't tell you exactly when you'll receive it, you'll just need to wait.

I had to csll few times in order for them to sort payment as if I didn't call they may not have sorted it for a while. They said by Monday. But am bit worried as some folks haven't gotten their back payment for weeks after being told 3 to 5 days, response is that irs stil being sorted. Becsuse I got award text few weeks later then many folks after the text of we got everything, that I may get payment after 3 weeks or month or over.
Is it true those who get pip award text after few days of text of receiving report they are ones that get paid soon after award text?
Anyway I hope I get mine Monday or even before like they said..
Do banks also hold money and verify with u before releasing?, if high lump sum over £2000? Last time this happened it took me 6 times to call bank to sort it as it was backlogged and forgotten, 3 ppl said their pip was on hold for several weeks. I think that's unfair banks do that. All it takes is a call to verify rather then checking every detail.
Anyhows that's for responses guys! Sometimes anxiety can come into play!0 -
If you were told Monday then it will be Monday. No, banks do not hold money to ask you to verify anything and not sure how you came to that conclusion.0

If bank details are put in system due to human error then does payment bounce bank?

Not if that bank account belongs to someone else. It will only bounce back if the account doesn't exist. Did you give the wrong bank details? You were told to expect payment Monday and today is only Friday.

I hope everybody here got their money after 3-5 days0
