Can someone give me advice I got a call from decision maker last week saying I have approved your pip u will get a letter next week how much u get and how.long for is dat normal but then asked do y want me to help u with somting else i.paniked I didn't know wat to say I was happy and stressed cuz I didn't.know they ring as it is first time am applying and she did ask me my name and adress and which other benefits i get

Yes, they do sometimes ring before making a decision. Nothing to worry about and it's perfectly normal.
