Looking for bit of help and support

I am registered disabled
have various conditions that restrict me from working etc
long story short
I went through a horrible divorce due to DA and when I was housed in my disability home forgot to change my address for my pip

this prompted DWP to film me apparently and my pip has now been suspended
I had meeting on march 1st and shown video of me taking my son to school 8am and collection 3pm each day
which is was questioned about made to feel like I shouldn’t do that and told they would show it to people what would they think.

pip renewal still went through award enhanced again on both parts then suspended

gonna lose my motabilty car now on 24th aug as there saying could take 16 weeks for case manager to look in to

is there anything I can do or any advice please

I would advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

    Hello @neil84

Welcome to the community! I echo what Poppy has suggested by reaching out to an agency. I am so sorry to hear about what you have been through. I did want to check in and ask if you have support around you?

    Thank you for your reply’s
I have approached citizens advice today and to confirm I won’t have any support around me once my car is picked up next week
as it’s only way I see my children or my family
    thanks

I hope Citizen's Advice can be of help! Is there anyone who can come stay with you to help out? Have you got someone to talk to?

I’m lucky as I have my oldest son who lives with me he’s 16
Citizens advice said I should make a new claim but I tried and can’t because my claim is just suspended
I wouldn’t mind but I’ve had UC assessment and esa assessment and both awarded highest rates due to my disability and conditions not questions no problems
as you can imagine my anxiety is through roof at mo
I can’t imagine not being able to see my other 2 children 🙁

@neil84 That is absolutely appalling advice from Citizen’s Advice, if you haven’t already then please do not make a new claim.

    @bg844 I haven’t
I have since spoken with DWP there saying 14-16 wk wait to hear
my claim was suspended on the 27th June I have since been told by DWP

I’ve had no pip since 3rd July
motabilty are now collecting my car on the 24th cause they are not willing to wait until I hear from DWP and my pip is reinstated
