Hi, my name is Mfilipescu, I got an SMS, on the 19 July, regarding my PIP review decision and I shall receive a decision letter for the next two weeks. Unfortunately I did not receive any letter.
I find out my local royal mail office not been delivering our mail due to the short of staff. They only deliver tracking items. Letter or parcels
I call up on Monday and I asked for the copy of the original decision letter. I need an advice how can I get the decision letter, shall I go to the local job centre to ask for the copy of the original letter?

Hello @Mfilipescu
Welcome to the community! How are you?
There have been delays with the DWP and with Royal Mail in your area it seems. I would wait until Monday to see if it is delivered if not then call and ask them to send another copy. I would also send an email to your MP highlighting this issue with Royal Mail to see if they can help support.0
