Hi just wondering if anyone has rang pip up after there assessment and they was told it’s with a case manager, if so how long after was your decision once it’s been passed to a decision maker? It’s been nearly 3 weeks since my assessment and the day after dwp had my report & it’s been a week today that it was done passed on to the decision maker.. Thanks in advance 😊

Timescales vary quite considerably. When a report is return to DWP it's alocated to a decision maker/case manager so "being told it's with a case manager" doesn't mean anything at all other than that. The case manager could have a very large pile of files on their desk and yours could be anywhere in that pile.Timescales are up to 12 weeks from when the report was returned. I know it's stressful waiting but there's nothing more you can do in the meantime.1
