Hello, new to this website but i feel a bit worried.
For quite some time I always got paid every 2 weeks on Tuesday however today there was no payment gone in today. (I always receive it by the time I wake up)
Not sure if listing phone numbers is allowed but i have tried ringing their number ending in 0310 however when i press option 4 an automated person speaks but they keep bugging out (like repeating themselves) then the phone hangs up.
I have tried ringing on my mobile and house phone.
I have no idea what else to try.
Thanks,

It will depend on which ESA you’re claiming. If it’s Income Related then the number to ring will be.
Telephone: 0800 169 0310
Textphone: 0800 169 0314
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 169 0310
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Welsh language: 0800 169 0207Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
All DWP phone numbers start with 0800 and not 0310. https://www.gov.uk/contact-jobcentre-plus/existing-benefit-claims

hi @Craig_JP, welcome to the forum!
How are things? Still no payment?
Did you try calling them again? If the ESA lines are anything like the PIP wait times I know it's a really frustrating to go through.0
