Most are new , I been very  depressed lately and now in 2 weeks I will see my wellbeing councillor again. I  get down and fell the other week because I am unsteady ended up in the countess of Chester Hospital with dislocated shoulder.

hi I'm sorry it's taken me to know to reply I'm not very good at this.  I just wanted to check how Ur doing. Really hope your shoulder is improving as it can't be easy for you. It's bound to get u down.  How did it go with counsellor. Is that your first wellbeing session if so  we'll done it not easy but believe me I been there it's not easy but it's worth it  and it will take time but u got this .  @phil30edge
