Hello I’m in desperate need of a copy of my pip mobility award letter as I’ve lost the original. Is it possible to get a copy emailed as I’ve got the chance of getting a car within a few days that in stock but I’ll lose the chance if I can’t provide a copy of the award letter

The only way is to ring PIP to ask them to send it to you, which will be by post. I'm assuming this is motability? If so then the dealer maybe able to get your PIP award confirmed without providing a letter but you'll need to ask them. You must have at least 1 year remaining on your existing award to order a vehicle.
