Can I get copy of award letter from DWP?

Hi to everyone is it possible to get a previous pip award letter from DWP? they are messing me about and I can't find my copy of it. If so how do I go about it? Thanks

Hi @Kal51 - & welcome to the community. Just ring the PIP enquiry line on 0800 121 4433 to ask for a copy of your award letter. The best time to ring is when they open at 9am.
