received 2 letters from DLA confusing

Hi i have received 2 letters from DLA one on friday saying my child has been awarded till august 2024 and one today saying they have refused his claim both are dated 4th september, i have tried calling but keep getting cut off any ideas whats happening ?

I agree with Woodbine. It's best to keeping trying to contact them to see which is the right letter. I'm sorry they have confused you by sending both.

Thanks for your responses, i just got through after over an hour wait, the person said my son has got his award till aug 2024 and the appealed succeeded he can only see the awarded letter on the system, he said he will send a award with todays date on to confirm and put our mind at rest he also said we will have to go through all this again in April for another renewal as it is a short award, thanks again for responses
