I have MS & was diagnosed 17 years ago. That was when home computers were rare & iphones a thing off tmrw's world 🥺 I have found it an uphill struggle to become computer literate at the time my kids were very young & my partner. knows nothing about conputers & doesn't want to (different generation). The upshot of this is my knowledge is very limited. Can anyone recommed a self-help book simple enough for someone like me. I feel like I'm losing the will to live 😬

Hello @deborah275
Welcome to the community!I'm sorry to hear that you have been having such a struggle with computers.
Other than the "dummies" guides, I don't know which would be the best self help book, but the BBC website has a learning guide that you may find helpful: BBC - Learning - IT: Free resources and online courses0
