Help with advice

Hi I'm suffering really bad with pain. I don't take drugs but I'm a hard smoker my teeth are literally falling out due to not brushing self neglect etc I'm just wondering if I got an appointment with my doctor GP would he be able to refer me to a dentist. Literally cant cope with the pain and emergency dentist will only take out I don't want to be full toothless I'd prefer dentures I'm on universal credits and lcwra and suffer really bad with meeting new people etc

Hi @interestingtree. You shouldn't need a referral to a dentist, you should be able to register with one directly. The NHS have a page on how to find an NHS dentist which should help. In the mean time if you're in a lot of pain or concerned it might be worth seeing the emergency dentist to see if they can help.0
