Dear all, I’ve got several debilitating conditions, trying to do a phased return at work but my conditions are preventing me from getting back to the hours & productivity my employer wants. Does anyone know if there’s information from disability organisation about adjusting targets foe employees with chronic illnesses.? I’m hoping if such info is out there I could send it to HR. HR never share info with me - I’ve been told by other employees with chronic conditions that they have adjusted targets. So I never know what I can ask for or what my rights may be. I’m alone.

Hi @katwater51 - I don't know if reading through Scope's info on reasonable adjustments will help: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/work-careers/reasonable-adjustments/
