Hard work seeing a doctor

Am very happy with the new email system my local surgery have introduced,as stated it does have a limit for characters but on the whole they have replied far quickly that sitting on the phone ,should get better ,hope most of you feel the same

Sometimes typing out a quick message is a load better than having to listen to that hold music for 20 mins isn't it?1 -
Mine has a form now so that you don't have to call, it's so stressing when you do have to call but if i ever do i use relay Uk now they help a bunch when it comes to calls

it's easy if you can ask for a direct email address for someone at the practice who can help you. Although don't give too much information by email. You need to watch what you say in case a hacker gets hold of your email.0
