Hey, I’ve received my report through the post.
I’ve got 11 point for daily living
& 10 for mobility.
states I am unable to leave the house and I need someone with me to leave the house if I need to.
are they likely to go off this?

Mostly they go with it, it's rare for them to go against it but it is possible and has been know. A decision can take up to 12 weeks after the report was returned.

Hi @dan1998, with it saying that in the report it is as Poppy says. They are very likely to follow it.
In the unlikely event they do not however do not worry too much, there are multiple steps to appeal such a decision
Let us know how it goes!0
