As you were found fit for work then no further fit notes will be accepted for this condition so your fit note untul 5/11/2023 is irrelevant. What is expected of you will depend on your claimant commiment. Just so you're aware DWP do not always respond by the date given. If this happens HMCTS will extend the date. If they still don't respond then the hearing will just continue as normal but they will eventually respond.I'd strongly advise you to put the assessment behind you now because that's in the past. Concentrate on which descriptor you think applies and if this is LCWRA then only one needs to apply, it's not about scoring points.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
