Do recently migrated UC claimants still get cost of living Autumn 2023?

I was claiming Working Tax Credit with the disability element until I was migrated in August. While receiving WTC I received the cost of living payments in 2022. I have now been migrated to UC. Will I still receive the cost of living payments, this year?

It will depend on the date you started with UC. Please see: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment which says,''Universal CreditYou are eligible for the Cost of Living Payment of £300 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 18 August 2023 to 17 September 2023.''0

I see no reason why you won't. If you received a payment of Tax credits for any day between 18th August and 17th September then you will be entitled to it through Tax credits. This is due between 10th and 19th November.Or if you received a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 18th August and 17th September then you'll be entitled to it through UC. This is due to be paid between 31st October and 19th November.0
