Grievance versus Dignity at Work Complaint

Evening all. I submitted a grievance in June 2023 for disability discrimination but my nhs employer does not want to deal with it as a grievance but a dignity at work complaint. I am told a grievance has a soon outcome but DAW can drag on without outcome, nothing started yet as HR and union will nor agree, luckily I have submitted to ACAS on time. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience here please?

Hey there @delight2107 I'm sorry no one's been able to help with your grievance.
Have you managed to make a decision? Hopefully me commenting will pop this post up to the top of the page, just in case people missed it originally.0
