Hi just had my PIP review and have had my living points total reduced even though my mobility is worse now than when I was first awarded it I was 12 points for mobility originally now I have 0 after a phone consultation even though I am worse had anybody else found this has happened to them.How can they properly assess someone without seeing them face to face

Hello kevingi42I am sorry to hear about the reduction in your award at review.I would like to ask please did you fill your review form in as though it was a new claim? Including why you cannot do the 12 PIP activities that apply to you safely, repeatedly, in a timely manor or to an acceptable standard according to the descriptors? Or did you write "No Change" in the section where you add your personal written anacdotal evidence?ThanksNasturtium0
