Hi I have had my.statement today it shows no.lwrca no extra payment im in 4th assessment period my first sick note was 9th June and my statement date is 9th just come ealier cause weekend I get paid on 13th so.im.sure im in 4th month

Hi Annamarie, 3 full assessment periods must be served from the date you were awarded Limited capability for work and work-related activity (8th June 2023) before the extra payable health element is included in your entitlement.

Hi @Oscar1234 - previously you said your first fit note was in May, yet now it seems it was 8th June, which makes a difference.If your first fit note was 9th June, then the 3 full assessment periods would be Jul-Aug, Aug-Sept & Sept-Oct, with the LCWRA element added for your assessment period 7 Oct -6 Nov, which will be paid on 13 Nov.1

Oh ok yes so I was on sick on 8th May but my first sick note to uc not my maneger was June so its next month then omg this so confusing thank u for reply1
