Been invited to join a autism group starting next Monday.

Through wanting an autism and adhd assessment I've been put in touch with someone who has said I can get involved in the sessions they are having.  A little anxious buy I'm going to try my best .

    @Broreb1981 , I spoke to a mental health nurse at my doctors surgery and they knew of a Group . I was asked if my telephone number could be passed on to the person running the group.  I had to wait a few weeks before anyone contacted me . I'm not actually sure where it is based to be honest.   Could you ask your gp about any groups in your area.  If I'm honest we are doing the sessions over zoom .

    I don't know for sure but there must be these kind of groups around the whole of Great Britain.  Sorry I can't help more .
