So still trying to find out when and why cmht discharged me and googled the question 'why do cmhts discharge people without telling ' and it came up with a n article in the guardian from 2019 about this off rolling.
Maybe three of the things it listed could apply to me but they are all so wrong!!! 
It's there to read for anyone interested but it's pretty horrifying and leaves me (and so many others) without much hope.
Hoping to hear from transforming care today because they seem to be avoiding me re all this and the IPBT referral.
