My son was on dla but he's 16 so had to change over to pip bin waiting 5 months had a phone call wendesday to confirm he's identity and what bank he banks with anyone know how long after this phone call you get a decision thank you

    As advised on your other thread, timescales are up to 12 weeks after the report was returned. There's no timescales after that phone call. If there is an award first payment will be about 7 weeks after the decision was made.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
