Dear Scope users,
Do we have anyone who suffers with any three of these conditions.
How did you find filling in the forms for PIP when you have a complex and fluctuating condition such as NEAD/FND and Epilepsy?
By NEAD, I mean Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder, which also has different names such as 'Functional Seizures', 'Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures', Pseudoseizures and 'Dissociative Seizures'.
NEAD/FND carries a heavy stigma even amongst medical professionals, parademics and obviously obtaining medical evidence is difficult when there isn't many clear treatment pathways for this condition.
I would describe NEAD as being similar to uncontrolled epilepsy and the triggers are usually stress and anxiety.
So I'm reaching out to anyone who has these three conditions and to get your take on how you approached the PIP form...

Heya @bluefox how're you today? I noticed no one had replied here and sorry that's happened. Sometimes posts can get missed by our regulars. So I thought I'd check in and give your post a little bump. How're you getting on with the forms?0
