Only pip can give you an explanation?0

Are you waiting for a PIP review decision? If so then my only thoughts are that a decision may have been made. However, i agree with noman above, only PIP can tell you what's happened so i'm afraid you will need to contact them. Or if it's a review then you can wait for the decision letter.

I’m afraid you will need to ring them.0

As everyone has said above only people who can really give you an answer as to why your payment is reduced from normal is PIP themselves.
Whenever I've rang the helpline I've always found them to be extremely polite and helpful and not a stressful experience at all.
If you really want an answer to your question you are going to have to make the effort to ring them unfortunately0 -
The wait time in the queue can be quite frustrating but once through that I've found them to be quite quick in dealing with any queries I have. And as has been said by many already, only PIP can really answer this for you.
Hope you get your answer, we're here if you've any other issues!0 -
So tried to call pip at 430 was on hold for an hour then bang hits 530 and they say there is a problem with the phone line and then it cuts off0
-
Phone lines for PIP close at 5pm and at that time calls are automatically cut off. I’m surprised it was as late as 5.30.
Best time to ring if you can is 9am when they open.
