Please could someone advise me how long it takes for the assessor to send the report to the DWP.
Do they always send a text when this is done?

    Sometimes the same day, sometimes the following day, other times it can be longer if it's chosen for audit. If it is in an audit it could be a few weeks, potentially longer. An audit is nothing to worry about, it just means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly. No, they don't always send a text.
