Hi all
I hope everyone is well?
Its been a while since I've been on the site.
Can anyone please help.
I have been with EDF since 2007.
In the last few months they have changed my quarterly bill to monthly
I am dual fuel customer.
Apparently this is there new policy.
And on priorty service.
Paying monthly will be far to much for me.
I'm on the safeguard cap that is the cheapest tariff according to EDF.
I don't know what to do.
Thank you

If you pay by monthly DD does it matter whether you're billed monthly or quarterly? It doesn't mean you have to pay the whole bill each month. I'm billed monthly by my energy supplier and i think it's much better because you can keep an eye on how much your bills are more regularly. I would hate to go back to quarterly bills now.I'm on the priority register too but this doesn't make any difference to how often you're billed.0

If you call Citizen Advice, they have an Extra Help Unit, they can talk to EDF about your concerns.0
