Yes, i had mine this morning. My daughter hasn't had hers yet, even though i'm her appointee and her money is paid into my bank account. Please don't worry, you will receive it but it can be anytime up to 19th November.

Never get mine on day 1 it always comes into my bank around day 4 so I'm expecting it around Friday0

Hope your payments show up soon
As Poppy mentioned above, try not to worry too much if you haven't received it yet. It's only the first possible payment day today and it should come in over the next few weeks.0 -
OK thanks0

Can I ask what is this Cost of Living payment. I’ve never heard anything, how much is it and who gets it? Thanks!0

Thanks! It's extra money from the Government to help with the cost of living increases. To be entitled you must be claiming a qualifying means tested benefit. I note from a previous thread that you're now claiming your State Pension. If you claim Pension Credit you will be entitled to this payment of £300 due anytime up until 19th November. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#low-income-benefits-and-tax-credits-cost-of-living-payment-eligibilityThere was also another payment of £301 back in April/May of this year and 2 last year.

Thanks Poppy, just to let you know that I haven’t reached State Pension age yet, so unsure as to how that was on my thread. I don’t have any other benefits either (apart from being in the LCWRA group, so that counts me out for Cost of Living payment payment. Once again, many thanks for your knowledge and support!0

Once again, many thanks for your knowledge and support!Very strange as that was a thread posted in your name, unless someone else was posting on your account.LCWRA is part of Universal Credit. If you were entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 18th Aug and 17th September then you'll be entitled to the £300. How long have you been claiming UC for?0

Also puzzled; it looks like you reached pension age in 2020, as it seems like you said, ''as my state pension starts officially 29th of October'' in this thread: https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/340060#Comment_340060

As it's UC you're claiming then being paid between 18th August and 17th September, isn't the criteria. The criteria is that you must have been entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between those dates. Please see link above for confirmation.
