Hi I'm not sure if this is right or wrong. I'm getting LCWRA and I was told that I'm eligible for COL payment. I get UC as a couple so dose this mean I'm not eligible because of the joint clam

UC being a joint claim doesn't mean you're not entitled. If you were entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 18th August and 17th September then you're entitled to the payment.
