If you send your review form off with a recent autism/adhd diagnosis. Should it have to meet the criteria for three months? Since it’s been present since childhood?

No, as altho you've only just got this diagnosis, as you say you've had difficulty with this since being a child, & PIP is not about any diagnoses, rather how they may affect you.
