Speaking to British gas online, one work useless!
Qualified previous years not last year, they said as a priority service customer I get automatically then contradiction themselves by saying they forward to dwp I give up

Priority services doesn’t automatically entitle you to the WHD. Unless you live is Scotland you do not need to apply for
this. If entitled you will be contacted.The eligibility criteria changed last year but this year they lowered the threshold for the size of your home. I didn’t qualify last year but I do this year and received a letter from the Government a few weeks ago. Energy companies do not decide who qualifies, it’s the Government.1 -

It took about 5mins to complete the online questions with a report generated for EON. Both of us were said to have high needs and that somebody would be in touch with us.0 -

My comment was referring to the Warm home discount, which is what this thread is regarding.
