I am caring for my father who has Coticobasal Degeneration (CBD).
so looking for any tips with mobility.

    Hello @Niknak23 - & welcome to the community. I wonder if your father has been referred to see a physiotherapist, as they may be able to help with his mobility problems, & balance if this is affected. Or possibly you're looking for some walking aids to help him move around. Again, a physio would be able to find something appropriate, & show him how to use any such aid.
