Hi I have recently had my telephone review for my pip, I received a text message
Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.
But when I telephoned the pip it was still saying my next payment was due as normal is this a good sign or do you reckon they have not yet updated their system

Hey there @Alfie2089 and welcome to the community! I hope you're doing well today?
I'll just be moving your post into the PIP category so more people in the know will be able to see it and help.

The automated payment line has been known to give incorrect information. Although your award could have remained the same.Even though the text advises not to ring them, you can ring at anytime and ask what the decision is.0

I'm so relieved if I'm honest, I didn't qualify for mobility even tho I think I should have but after hearing others experiences I'm just glad they gave me something0
