Hi All

My daughter has an EHCP and is in secondary school. She is having support taken away to be used in year 11 mocks. My question, is this allowed? Surely as its a legal document for my daughter then this should not be used else where? Many thanks

Hi @kpark and welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear your daughter is having her support taken away.  I'm afraid I don't have answers for you, but I wanted to say hi and I'm sure one of our very knowledgeable regulars will be along shortly to help. :)
